Initial consultation

Beginning psychotherapy usually starts with an initial conversation. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation as a brief opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy and whether working together may feel appropriate at this time.

You don’t need to have all the answers or fully know what you want to discuss. The consultation is simply a chance to ask questions, share what feels relevant, and start thinking together about what you hope to gain from therapy.

If we decide to work together, I will send you a copy of the treatment agreement beforehand. We will review and sign it together during the first session. The agreement outlines the structure, expectations, and boundaries of the therapeutic work.
